I'm Stephen Finnegan.

I believe that a meaningful life is built through curiosity, adventure, creativity, and paying attention to the world around us.

This journal is a place to explore those ideas through writing, photography, film, music, and travel. You'll find essays from the road, reflections on books and cinema, field notes from walks and hikes, thoughts on photography, and stories inspired by the places I visit.

I don't see creativity as something separate from everyday life. A photograph, a walk in the mountains, a favourite album, a quiet morning with a book, or a conversation with a stranger can all become part of the same journey.

My hope is to create work that encourages people to slow down, look more closely, and embrace a life of curiosity and exploration.
